As part of our mission to help Shopify merchants increase sales through Volume Discounts, Quantity Breaks, and Tiered Pricing Offers, our App collects and processes information to provide its services. By using XP-VD, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information from Merchants

When you install and use XP-VD, we collect the following information:

• Your email address, store admin URL, orders (for analytics).

We use this information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App.
• Confirm your identity and manage your account.
• Send important product updates and limited promotional communications (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• Ensure compliance with legal and Shopify requirements.

Merchant Responsibility

Merchants using XP-VD must maintain an up-to-date privacy policy on their Shopify store that complies with applicable privacy laws. Merchants must inform their customers about data collection and processing through the use of XP-VD and obtain necessary consents where required.

Information from Merchant Customers

We may collect limited order details shared through Shopify’s API, including:

• Order IDs, product details, pricing, and discounts related to your created offers.
• Analytics about extra revenue generated by volume discount campaigns.

⚠️ We do not collect or store customer names, emails, payment card details, or sensitive financial information.

• We retain your store’s data for the duration of your use of XP-VD and as required by law.
• When you uninstall the App, your store’s data is deleted within 24 hours.

As a merchant, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your store’s data.
For data deletion, you can either uninstall the app or contact us directly.
