15 minutes by default. We'll extend to 30 if your scope is large and you want to keep going. No upsell pressure — if 15 minutes is enough, we end at 15.
Is the call genuinely free?
Yes. No credit card, no payment info collected. We do these calls because they convert well — most callers either become clients or refer a friend.
What should I have ready for the call?
Your Shopify store URL, a paragraph on what you're trying to solve, and any specific apps or constraints you're working with. That's enough.
Will you record / share my data?
No recording. We take notes during the call and email you a summary after. Your store info stays with us — we don't share or repackage it.
